350 to 455 mounts

350 to 455 mounts

69 Cutlass removed the 350 and replacing it with 1974, 455. Got new motor mounts(Engine) does not line up with chasis mounts.Are moving mounts the correct solutoin or am I missing something> Engine has to drop 2 to 3".Rear mount is right on. Thanks ,Jimbo

You can use the 350 engine mounts with the 350 frame pads.
OR you can use the 455 engine mounts,with 455 frame pads.
In your situation,I would use the 350 engine mounts,since you already have the 350 frame pads on the frame.
