Notice the excavator in the pic is on the oppossite side of the street from the new foundation. Earlier this morning the excavotor was digging to the right (in the pic) of where the gravel leads to the new foundation, on the foundation side of the street. From what we have learned on the Subdivision website, the guy operating the excavator hit and damaged a water main. Why he is now having to dig on the opposite side of the street to make the repair I don't have a clue???
