Speaking of desserts, my wife made me one of her ginormous from scratch banana cakes with real cream cheese icing last night. Coffee cup for scale. I haven't eaten all that already. I cut out a big piece and took it over to our neighbors across the street. Wife won't eat any of it since she's counting calories right now (even though she doesn't need to). Luckily it freezes well, so I' cut most of it up into meal size pieces and freeze them for when I really want a treat.
