This is the final result; after light wire brushing, some overnight Evap-o-Rust soaking, a little spray paint and a few new stainless nuts and washers. The wave washers were the hardest parts to clean up. I was careful to spray paint just the bolt heads and not get any paint on the shaft of the bolts where the tolerance between the plastic bushing is critical. All unpainted, bare metal surfaces were coated with Boeshield.
