215/75B15 2ply tires

I´m running Hercules 215/75B15 2ply tires on my 62 Starfire.
They look like late sixties/early seventies Bias ply tires but ride better nearly as radials. I like the looks but those tires are for sure over 25years old or older.
Never saw the B15 on a tire before. What does it mean?
what tire size would replace it and where can i get it? I want to keep the look of Bias ply tires
Thanks

The B just denotes that it is a bias ply tire.
Much harder to get bias ply tires today. All the specialty tire places have them but they are pricier than a standard radial.

BTW, those tires just might be as old as you think. Here's a recall on them issued for tires produced in 1986: http://www.lemonlawspecialists.com/r...5B15&year=9999
