15 inch trim rings - which ones
15 inch trim rings - which ones
I have 5 - 15 inch rims I am thinking of bolting on to my car when it is done, problem is I just noticed how terrible the trim rings look and they will look worse against a newly restored car. I have a lead on a few trim rings but originals seem to be quite expensive, I have searched and haven't seen any info on whether the repos are correct or not - does any one know. I just might leave my 14s on for now and buy 15" trim rings one by one until I have a full set - I found one recently but don't want to spend the money on the full set he is asking for. Any feed back appreciated
These look like they are the correct depth and correct valve stem hole

The 2nd set look more correct than the first. You might want to try Fusick, as they are now carrying them for 15". A couple of years ago they did not carry them due to the lower quality that was available. As they now have them perhaps that has changed.
The first set is too shiny, and the edges are wrong and the hole is oval with rounded sides, and the teeth that hold onto the rim are wrong...the second set looks better and the edge looks right, the oval hole should have curved sides...
I realized later that the 14" rings have the oval hole with straight sides...
