RIM Offset

I have a 1973 olds 98 with fenderskirts..I was wanting to know what kind of offset I need to have some custom rims that wont interfere with the skirts..

Iwas wanting to go with 14x6 rev 100spoke wire rim...i just dont know if it will clear..I tried a 14x7 rev rim and it didnt clear...

You won't get a reverse offset rim to clear skirts. It's going to be a choice....reverse offset or the skirts, not both.
