Question wheels

Hi I have a 71 cutlass convertible I am looking to buy new wheels and tires Coker has a set of ss1 wheels 15 by 8 or 15 by 10 I would like to put the 8" in the front with 235 or 245 60's in the rear I would like to put the 10" wheels with a 295 50's the 10" have a 5" offset the 8" have a 4.5" offset. Was really wondering what your thoughts were and if anyone has purchased these wheels from Coker or knows someone who has they look nice in the picture buy as you know seeing is believing. Any input would be appreciated

I have 15x8 and 15x10 on my car. 4.5"BS will be fine for the front, 5"BS and 295 tire is a tight fit, on my car it barely rubbed on driver side and only when I had passengers in the back, keep in mind my car is lowered. Solved the problem by massaging the lip slightly.

do you think I would be ok with a smaller tire in the rear I don't want to mess with the quarter panels a 265 or 275

275-60-15 will fit nicely on an 8" wide wheel. I think a 10" wide wheel will be way too wide for the 275-60 tire.

I agree, but 275-60s out back look good, too.
