Wheel Widening

Anyone know of a good wheel widening company? I have 2 SSIII 15X7" wheels that I want to widen to 15X10".

Also, do you know of any manufacturer that sells trim rings for wheels that are wider than stock? Or is there a place that widens the trim ring as well so that it will fit the widened SSIII wheel?

Thanks!

Steve

P.S. A search of classicoldsmobile didn't produce any results.

I checked specialty wheel, I don't think they will widen your wheels. They manufacture stock looking wheels but no longer recondition your wheels.

Make sure to check your existing wheels to be true on a spin balancer before you ship them off to be widened. Stockton went through a set of six wheels before they found two that were true enough to cut and remount to DOT 10" rims. Those SSIII's and II's are VERY prone to warp, and when puchasing the buyer should be aware. Once they are done they do look tough though, a skoch heavy, but I suppose thats the price you pay. Also make sure to confirm the backspacing!!!!

I spoke to them just recently by phone and they were good to go.
Did you speak to them or just check the web site?

Here are some do it yourself ideas here...........

To answer the other half of the question, the deepest chrome rings I've seen were for 15x8 wheels.
