These are the wheels currently on my recently-acquired '78 Toronado. There is also a cover that goes over the wheel lug section that says "Oldsmobile." I presume these were an option back then.





As can be seen, the wheels are rusty, and the chromed section is pitted.

I also have the original wheelcovers, but they won't work on these wheels. What wheel do I need? It's 15-inch with a 5 x 5 bolt pattern, but what about width, etc? The original tire size is JR78-15, and the one in the photo is 215/75R15

There is nothing in the service manual about this. Just generic stuff about rotating tires, lug nut torque, etc.
