I'm hoping someone will be able to tell me what year(s) this "poverty" hubcap was used. I have a set of "S" code 14X6 steel wheels off of a '67 Delta 88 and I know this hubcap fits those wheels. I've heard they will fit either 14" or 15" wheels but that is just what I heard - nothing to back it up. If you know what this hubcap is for and when it was used, please let me know! Thank you.

I'm not an expert, but that looks like ones I've seen on the mid-1970's Omega's

I have two sets of those - 2blu is right I believe. Early to mid 70's. They will fit 14's and 15's.

 

They are found on Omega, Cutlass and 88's from 1973 and into the early '80's. They'll fit most GM rwd 14 and 15 inch wheels.
