I need tires and trims for 62 starfire conv it has old cragers with235 70 14 don't think there right.they are hard to get on rear too close to inner wheel well
, maybe 15s or 14s? Thank you.

 

Stock tire size on a 1962 Starfire convertible were 8.50x14. Those would have an 8.50" section width and a 27.30" outside diameter. Your 235/70-14s have a 9.25" section width and a 26.95" outside diameter. That isn't enough to cause an issue. Your problem is likely with the width and offset of the aftermarket wheels, not the size of the tires.
