The wheels on the 69 442 are starting to show rust. I guess they are old enough. It's not terrible, but it annoys me. I can rub it out, but it returns. I like the looks of the wheels. Any ideas, or do look at re-chrome.

What wheels are you talking about? Painted wheels (like SSII) should not rust if the paint is in good condition.

 

No the earlier SSI wheels/ They are chrome for the most part
