photo gallery?

Does anyone know of a website where pictures of wheels can be seen on specific year cars where the size of the wheel is identified?

For example, I want to see a bunch of different sized wheels and tires on a 1966 Cutlass Convertible. You may wish to see the same, except on a 1969 442...

I can google images and see nice stuff, but I can't tell what the sizes are.

Any suggestions?

You can pretty well find all of that information at Wild About Cars. There is no site that has a picture *and* all of that information together in the same listing. Wild About Cars will eventually cover this with a "wheel section" in their Tech pages.
But until then, there are brochures there that show the wheels and Product Information Manuals (Assembly Manuals) that have the technical specifications for the wheels. And tires. So for now you'll have to look in a couple places to put it together, but its all there.

Wild About Cars. http://wildaboutcars.com. An information supersource, especially Oldsmobile. More Olds content than anywhere else on the internet and continuing to grow.
You'll find Chassis Service Manuals, Product Information Manuals (AKA Assembly Manuals), Inspector's Manuals, and other documents that will contain this and much much more.
Dealer Brochures, magazine ads and articles, and a home page for you online with your own garage where you can show off what you have.
Free to join, free to learn.

Yup, Tire rack will do that. Only thing is if you're looking for an older vehicle - they don't go back further than 1993 for actual wheel on car images. Still,it's a fun link: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/wtpack.jsp select your car/year and then when the wheel selections come up, scroll down to the 'view on car' image. clik. Select color of car for exact look.

Wish I had a better source for finding applications for older cars. You have to have a pretty good imagination just looking at pics in a catalogue
