How can I get deeper wheel than 22x10?
I have a 1972 Cutlass and would like to put a wheel let's say about 22x11 or 22x12 in the rear. How do goes go about getting those deep wheels on their cars/trucks. There's an example I'm talking about in the youtube link below.

First, ya gotta "tub"it!
Did ya see the bed of the truck? Ya gotta do that in the trunk!
Then narrow the rear differential, re-design the suspension, and get it all to work!
$7500 - $10,000 With wheels and tires!
All you loose is driveability, cornering, and performance, but it sure looks pretty!!!!!

that truck has had tub work in the rear you would definetly need to tub out inthe rear to make them tuck in as nice as that truck with out jacking the car up and it looking kinda goofy imo. Front may need a special offset to not rub when the wheel is in the lock position all the way to one side . The way i see it is to tuck everything in as nice as that truck would take some work it would not be a slap wheels on and call it a day.
Guess I'll be passing on this idea then...I saw a 71 Supreme at a car show like that and liked it alot but if it's that much work I'll just stick with a staggered set of wheels that will go on with no problem...thanks alot guys I do appreciate it!
Another classic Olds saved from the disgrace of dubs...
I don't mind the big wheels . It all comes down to being tasteful. That truck looked good imo. It was lowered and had the work done to tuck them in. The look god awful when you jack them up like 4x4's and stuff clown looking wheels under then and they aren't even in the wheel wells. Very rare is it that you see someone tucking wheels in real nice with some wide rubber. A lot of the pro touring guys are doing it and for the most part look good. The work involved is quite abit but when done right they do look good.
@ Coppercutlass exactly, I'm looking to have a mean staggered set of 22s tucked of course and a slight squat in the back. Like the black and red 442 or the orange one with the wheels even looks decent minus the crazy sunroof he put in it...
i like the black one rims are a bit too big for my liking but it does look good. ony if the front wheel had a little more dish imo it would be better . The orange one is like what you see all the time . Im a big fan of the deep dish rears small dished fronts
