The 5 reveal moldings are indicators of late 70's and up; although they can be changed out quite easily too.
So my opinion is these are SS111, later version but in real need of bead blasting and paint. To get top dollar, you would need all VG trim to go with them. One wheel looks like it has really bad surface pitting and a trim ring that you might as well just throw away (its even the wrong style if you compare it to the others)
These wheels aren't that rare. I can pick them up at a boneyard for 20-25 bucks each

Those are 80's ss2 wheels. $20 each around here.
The debate continues.
There are 2 types of ss2 wheels in my opinion. Bolt on center style 68-74 and clip on center style. 75-88
To the best of my knowledge the ss3 designation only applies to the chromed models.

They are late model SSIIIs. SSIIIs are painted body color so really what has been said is you paint them Argent, they are SSIIs, paint them body color - "magic" they are SSIIIs.
As others have said these are a dime a dozen, your trim rings are normal curbed rashed and banged up, the center caps are so so and faded. They really are only worth about 20 - 30 each. You powder coat them, they up the value a bit, but you'd be hard pressed to get more than $50 each unless you replace every part. Yes the new trim rings arent' the greatest but they look way better than any driver quality original trim ring out there. I wouldn't waste my time doing anything to them unless you can powder coat them for free.
The real deal is the 15 x 7 rims especially the two year only with the bolt on center cap or the H/O rim

As others have said, these aren't worth the time and money you seem to want to spend on them just to sell. They are money pits that you won't win on. Ditch the trim rings that look like crap and sell the whole shebang as is. The only SS wheels I'd pay good money for are the 15" chromed ones that were on the 83/84 HOs.
