it came as the spare for my car but its tire is shredded and i have plenty of other wheels and tires to go for the spare and thought maybe somebody here would want this, only problem is i don't want to have to ship it so if anybody wants this for free just pm me and come pick it up i have the other clip on triangular "ring" just haven't put it on

yep if I was closer I could use it as a spare myself, but you are right a 14 x7 would cost more to ship than I would have to pay at a swap meet.
