Best glue for wheel emblems

I am adding Rocket decals to my Trans Am Ralleye wheels. What is the best long term glue for adhering these? Gorilla Glue swells too much, maybe a two part epoxy?

23 years ago I used carb clean and wiped dry and then used 3M plastic and emblem adhesive. They are all still on the center caps. And I am afraid that the rockets are fading and needs to be done again!

I’ve discovered that especially when adhering badges to wheel centers, a high adhesion two part bonding product that remains pliable (non hardening/absorbs impact) is better for wheels. As an aircraft mechanic, I have access to many chemicals deemed expired for use on airworthy aircraft/helicopters. I tend to use (and love) PRC B-1/2 and B-2 sealants for purposes such as this. Any adhesives that dry hard and brittle, will ultimately shake loose on the road. Of course I realize that my preferred adhesives are not household products but my point is choose a high adhesion/elastomeric glue. Even household clear silicone might work alright if the surface was properly roughed up and clean-clean-clean! Good luck!

Yeah, makes me rethink Epoxy. I will look around, see what is available locally.

I wonder if a clear coat after (glue) would be good. Just a thought.

I put Por clear coat on the new decals on my 88 Cutlass aluminum wheels, has held up for years. I may just do that, also flip flopping if they should stay black, maybe wait and eventually paint them Sherwood Green or aluminum.

Let me say, not this glue😢. It had a reaction with the emblems. It looks shitty but are on, Permatex 1 minute Epoxy sort of salvaged them.
