The 215's are most reasonably priced and look right on the 66 Cutlass.

Original tires on a 1966 Cutlass were 7.35 x 14, which were 7.35" section width and 26" outside diameter. Original tires on a 1966 442 (and optional on a Cutlass) were 7.75 x 14, which were 7.75" section and 26.7" OD.
215/75-14 tires have an 8.5" section width and 26.7" OD
225/70-14 tires have an 8.9" section width and 26.4" OD

The reality is that you will barely see the difference between the two. Personally, I've always liked the BFG Silvertown redlines in 225/70-14 on these cars. They USED to be reasonably priced. Since Coker took over production, these tires are now over $250 apiece.
