245 60r14

I’m needing a used set of 245 60r14 to transport a 57 Chevy nomad that I inherited after 22 years of waiting for it. Due to covid, I’m a little short on cash for the actual tires I want in the end and prefer not to just buy a brand new set and waste money from the start. Would anyone happen to have used ones for sale? Located in Tyler, Tx but willing to pay for shipping.

Very true, but it will mostly likely be done thru shipping as hard as they are to find used. But I’m located in Tyler, Texas. Thanks for the advice!

14" tires are really hard to find. A few years ago I bought some cheap Chineseum tires from Firestone for a boat trailer. It has been several years but it seems like they were about $200 for the set of 4. Shipping will be expensive on 4 tires.

Any 14" tire would work just for transport. Why the specific size, chances are any tire you get would be too old and unsafe for the street.

cool looking car
maybe check C/L in Texas or offer up
I am guessing the rims are the car are 14"?? flat??
are you planning on driving it or truck transport?
sometime the wrecking yards would have something for you maybe some 15" rims with tires and correct bolt pattern
looks like it should be a 5 lug wheel x 4.75 bolt circle very common gm wheel just need to check clearance as the car most likely has drums all around
Good luck with the project
