1964 cutlass wheel covers / poverty caps
Does anyone know if there is such a thing as poverty caps for the '64 cutlass? I have a set of the wheel covers but I'd rather have pc's if they exist.

I can't see enough detail in those to tell if they're big car or F85. Difference is the 88 cap has the "flat" Rocket same as the grille and side emblems on the car, and F85s have that "bulls-horn" style emblem same as their grilles. These caps were used 1963-64 in both series.
