Ihave a 2 seat vc and would like to know how the hidden compartment was finished. Did it have a trunk mat like the2 door cars?Can someone send pics of their original compartment. If anyone has a decal showing how the spare is mounted a pic of that would be great to I don't know if that has been reproduced yet. Thanks Tony

 

From your question I cant tell if you are asking 2 questions. The spare tire doesnt go under the floor, it goes in the verticle side storage area. As far as how the under floor compartment was finished mine (67) is just painted but it may not be original.
