Not much.
I have a '73 CC myself. Wagons don't command the value that non-wagons do. In running and driving condition but needing restoration, the value is probably about $2000.
If you do put it up for sale, I suggest you list it over at stationwagonforums.com, and include lots of photos (inside, outside, underneath, engine, interior). Those folks live, eat, and breathe station wagons, and there are some over there who would actually like to own one of these clamshell wagons.
A few important questions to address in whatever ad you place:
1. Power tailgate or manual?
2. If power, does it work? Does the rear window work as it should?
3. Major options on the car? (A/C, cruise, power windows/locks/seat, what type of radio, roof rack, etc.)
4. Color? Woodgrain siding?
The better-optioned ones tend to be more desirable.

Collector Car Market Review doesn't even show wagons, but shows a 4-door 98 in #4 condition at $1,325.
