The tanks are the same for 1971 and 1972 Vistas and Cutlass wagons. You may find a good used one; those that lived in a hot climate tend to have less chance of internal corrosion. However, I've not found anyone making new ones.
Perhaps someone will respond with a source.

New Olds tanks on eBay.
There is a guy on eBay selling new tanks for Olds. He is advertising 66 and 67 Cutlass. He may have others.
