Rear bumper assy. Help

Helping neighbor remount rear bumper 53 Rocket 88.
Part may be missing and confusion on bracket placement. Truly appreciate any photos of mounted brackets from under car. Or any details that may be available.

Just Helping

Thanks for the great info. V.Chief and all. The photos are worth gold in this puzzle. I will try again to post the few photos I have.
the long bracket are a problem. Now I see location of short plates (shims?).
The info on the bumper end “Dummy” decorative bolts surprised me. The owner removed the bumper for chrome over 2 years ago and lost bolts and placement. I will post photos of this 53 88 with his permission.
BTW: we are in N.W. AZ -
