1928 Emblem, Need Help with ID

The emblem design matches the 1928 Olds radiator emblem but this one is larger, (3 3/4" wide) made of plated pot metal, and has four notches in the back outer edge. Does anyone know what it was used for and where it went? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Looks to be in great shape and maybe too new to be that old but maybe not.

If its larger than the car emblem did it come from an Oldsmobile Truck from 20s or 30s? Just a wild guess on my part. I know there were Oldsmobile brand trucks but not sure if Olds made them.

Thanks Jerry, I googled Olds truck but saw nothing for 1928. I'm pretty sure it is from 1928, this style radiator ornament was one year only and this looks like the type of pot metal they used back then. Its got to be pretty rare since that metal was too high in lead content which made most of the parts disintegrate over time.

Mystery solved - this is actually from a 1929 Olds. It is the center section of a diecast bar that was mounted between the headlights. Someone cut the rest of the bar away and saved the emblem.
