Hello -

I have a 1936 Olds L-36 coupe. A previous owner removed the trunk handle, which I am in the process of replacing. I have a handle and a ferrule on order. From looking at my car it looks like there is a small plate that is attached to the underside of the trunk lid that accepts the bottom end of the handle. If anyone is parting out a car and has one of these plates for sale I would be very interested in this. Otherwise, if someone else with a 36 coupe could send me a picture of what this plate looks like it would help be fabricate my own.
