Question instrument cluster

have 1954 olds 98 holiday,how to remove the instrument cluster,and have it reconditioned,any shop referrances,i live near Portland oregon

Not local. In S. Carolina and it takes a while but I found them responsive, good communicators and they did a great job of leaving my instruments appearing factory stock despite having a 455 engine and 700R4 trans plus 12V system. Not cheap but I could find nothing local. I live in SW WA. just north of Portland and would have used local but couldn't find anyone interested in restoring vintage car instruments with the modifications my car has. To me it was well worth saving that great Art Deco look of the dash.
