canadian car
I think in your other post you indicated it actually says made in Canada, but I'm having a tough time making out the details of this pic. My first guess is the tag was just different for cars exported to Canada, but if it shows "Made In" that doesn't follow logic unless exports were finished in Canada to meet their requirements (or some other reason like a way to avoid other costs like taxes/tariffs), and therefore they could get away with the "Made In" label.
Looks like the main Canadian Olds club has folded, but this other club site looks active. I'd try asking someone there. Let us know what you find, I'm curious.

Here's a few more you might try

And an AACA thread that mentions a Canadian tag

Looks like you're not the only one with Canadian designation questions

But this mentions Oldsmobiles being made in Canada beginning 1920, but doesn't answer you original question. You may be able to infer which plant from this. BTW, wikipedia is not always correct. I assume there is still a GM of Canada, maybe try contacting them?

If anyone has spare time and gives a hoot you could contact Wikipedia and inform them of the Oshawa Ontario plant which build various GM Canada vehicles per the GM Heritage Center.

Your tag reads 'Made in Canada' does it not?
