56 Olds trunk lid insulation

The trunk lid of my 56 does not have the insulation. It seems the to be the same material as it is used on Chevys and other cars.
I cannot find any pre cut insulation for Olds, however, Fusick dose not have it either.
Any idea, how to solve that problem?
Where can I find the insulation, does not need to be pre- cut.
Thanks

Hi Cord,
Don't quote me on this but I think this is the same material. The original one was made of asphalt tar paper and was the same as the one used under the headliner. Just don't know if this will have the same pattern or thickness as the OG one.

I found it there, thanks very much!
I just need to double check, if the shapes are the same as in an Olds...
Thanks

My factory insulation is in very good shape. Would you like a picture of the stock insulation?

Yeah they are for the roof, but if I remember right when I removed the one on my roof it was the same material and thickness as the trunk one. As for the precut chevy ones look to be a diffent shape

Thanks guys, I will see if I can get the insulation copied.
I will have to cut it by myself, but that should be possible.
Thanks
