Have any of you 55 owners replaced the fuzzies in the curved roof track of a 55 2 door hardtop? If so what did you use and where did you find it? I've bought a lot of 55 pieces from Steele Rubber, but they don't show anything for that piece. Thanks.

I have not replaced these on a 2 dr. Hardtop, but you might look and see if the 55- 57 Chevy BelAir 2 dr. Hardtop looks the same. They are readily available. If not, I believe Fusick list them. You might also check Rubber The Right Way or Metro Weatherstrips. Good luck, Larry

Found mine at a local glass shop. I believe they are rather universal and can be made to fit many years and styles of cars. Have you tried any of the local shops in your area? ...Tedd

Thanks for the replies. Hadn't thought of local glass companies(we only have one). Saw on Danchuk's website for Chevies, that they sell a moleskin type material that glues in. That's not what was in originally, but might be the best I can do. The originals were fuzzies similar to those on the front glass, but curved to fit. Thanks again.
