1956 rocker moldings

Not sure how he did it or where he got them ? Rocker moldings on a 56 Olds Super 88 ? I have never, ever seen rocker moldings on a 56
88 or Super 88 correct me if I am wrong. maybe they were a option but I have never seen them.

You're right Solly. '56's did not have rocker trim.

Got them probably off a 55. Hard to find for a 55 even, some take 98 trim and cut them down for a super...Tedd

I wonder if he used a 55 super 88 moulding. Fusick sells them new.

I like them, I think they look fine, I just was pretty sure they were not offered as a option in 56 If they were a option in 56 I wouldn't mind having them, no such thing as to much stainless or chrome ! well maybe in 58

A little extra chrome is a good thing especially on the 56 sedans as they were void of the chrome treatment around the side windows that the hardtops enjoyed
