I'm hoping someone can help me determine what the t/c is in my 83 H/O. It looks to be an aftermarket. It is a lite blue in color and has these numbers and letters on a paper tag that is affixed to the t/c. The letters are T/S and it looks to be transtar or something like that. The lettering is small and hard to read. The numbers on the tag are 1000, 33756, 121212, and GM15. Previous owner has removed all the emission stuff from the engine and car doesn't want to do the convertor lock up. Trying to figure if this is a non lock up converter or just needs wired somehow to make it work. I know they make kits to make it lock up without the computer but also curious what I have. I can't get any of the previous owners to respond to find out what has been done. Right now the car is turning 2500 rpm's at 60 mph. Thanks Larry
