hello,

can anyone provide some info where to get a speedometer housing for a '76 98 with a TH400? Mine is leaking and i am having trouble locating a new one. I tried having the o-ring seals inside it replaced but they keep cracking.

 

Dealer should have them. there are 2 differnt ones. 1362294 for the 34-39 1362293 for the 40-45. I beleive that yours should be the first one. Weird how it keeps leaking, maybe the shaft on the gear is chewed up or worn? or the housing is not seated all the way?
