Flywheel & clutch help

I'm working on a 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 that is all original with a 260 V8 and 5 speed manual transmission.

The clutch is slipping and want to replace the flywheel and clutch but parts places don't show any 1977 Olds with a manual transmission.
I haven't pulled the parts out yet but can somebody help me identify the flywheel and clutch size before I do anything?
Are the flywheels and clutches interchange with small block and big block olds engines on Cutlasses 70-77 because I also plan to replace the 260 with a 455 later down the line.

Thanks all
Ken

IDK the answers but rockauto shows a clutch for your 260

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...mission-manual

if you search on this site there is a rockauto discount code for 5% off too

The 260 uses a 10.5" clutch. A455 needs an 11" clutch. That T50 trans won't make it to the end of the driveway behind a 455.

Hi Joe, thanks for the info but would the flywheels interchange? I'm on a tight budget for the switch and hope to use as much parts from the 260 that is possible such as brackets, and hoping the flywheel and clutch if possible. As for the transmission, I plan to baby the car after putting in the 455 and plan to use the T-50 until I can afford another trans.

Yes the flywheel interchanges. The bellhousing and T50 bolt up.
