Torque Converter I.D.

I have two torque converters, one is from a 67 Cutlass with a 330 engine and the other is from a 68 TH400. How do I tell which one is which? Thank you!

Start by measuring the diameter. From what I recall when looking for a converter for my 1970 Cutlass, the big block converters were an inch larger diameter than the small block converters.

Probably a Jetaway. The only auto there was with the 330 in '67 -- believe it would have been a switch-pitch.

That is what i was guessing, is there a way to easily differentiate between switch pitch and standard?

Haven't seen one up close. I'm guessing there would be associated wiring which would be absent on a non-SP Jetaway or a '68 (non-SP) TH400.
