Torque converter

IS there a way to tell the stall speed of a converter by looking at it?
I just picked up a decent deal on an engine and transmission, by the looks of it things have been done to the both of them, I pulled the trans apart from the block and it looks like a new converter but I am not too sure what it is.
Also if it is a decent converter, (it is on a TH400), be swapped to my TH350?
The only marks on it say C-27

Tomorrow i will get into it and tell the details....i hope they are good....

Thanks
Dave

Is any one able to give details on this?
I've been patient...

I got yelled at once for not giving enough time between posting and asking for an answer.....I hope a month is long enough....

Just kidding, but I would like to know if I should install it and what stall it is without trial and error.

Thanks
Dave

the only differences are internal so there is no way to know what it is if there are no numbers or any thing to ID it. looks to be a stock diameter so it could be any where from 1200 (stock) up to 2200 or so. yes it will fit TH350 or TH400
