I have a similar issue with my TH350. Easiest way is to get under the car and look. I found an exploded view of my tranny and wrote down part #s and descriptions.
Mine is leaking worst around the speedo gear fitting.
Other leak points may be output shaft, pump input shaft, shifter control, dipstick tube, modulator cover, and others that i forgot already.

I got all my seals piece by piece at rockauto. Got all the little ones I need for under 10 bucks. I do not know of an "outer seal" kit...
Now all I have to do is wait 4 months for cooler weather to install them...
