TH350 adjustment

Im wondering if anyone knows how to adjust the shift rpm on a TH350 in an Olds with the kick down on the pedal? I know that on the cheby version the tv cable has an adjuster on the carb and you can adjust it there, but it seems that on the Olds there's no adjustment, just the cable coming up the the gas pedal.
Or, is it adjusted at the modulator? I want to lower the shift rpm at WOT.

It's best to change the governor springs/weights to achieve lower shift points.
That'll override the linkage, too
Get it right, and you'll be able to put it in drive, and make 1/4 mile passes within .25 of one another, all else equal!
I think B+M and others make kits.
