Th 400

Dumb question here, I'd like to know if I have a 4" or 9" Tail shaft on my th 400. Do I just measure the tail shaft section of the trany? It's the original tray in a 68 442. Thanks.

Should be a short tailshaft on a Cutlass, and, yes, just measure it - you'll know right away.
