So on my 70 cutlass clip that holds my shifter cable to the side of the trans popped off so I got that fixed and now when I put it in park it’s like the cars in neutral I can easily push it back and forth like park doesn’t really work anyone know what the issue is trans is a th400

 

Are you sure it's in park and not reverse?
