Hi I am swapping out my jetaway in my 69 cutlass S to a th350 my setup is a 350 2 barrel wondering if you guys think I should put a stall in rite away? I did change my rear out I had 2.56's and put a 72 rear end in that has 3.42's and a posi in it now.

Depends on if you plan to do more modifications to it. If you are going to do more performance mods, I would go with a higher stall converter because of the joy and mess involved in switching the Torque Converter. I'd rather do it only once...

I like stall converters in anything. It seems to me it "frees up" the horsepower.

I would go with a stall 1 step over stock!! Something along these lines!

I agree I think a little bit more stall would be good.
