Help with Hurst Shifter ID

I got 4 shifters with my recent purchase and not sure what they would have came on originally. I have heard that the factory installed shifters do not have a threaded hole for a bolt/stop, but have been unable to confirm. The numbers I got off the shifters are as follows:

8779 Super Shifter All I could find was 60's "push down" shifter. Guessing this is to get it in reverse must push down.
0033 Super Shifter May be aftermarket for Saginaw Trans.
6356 Hurst May be for 66-69 B Body Mopar
2083 Comp. Plus May be for 68-72 Chevelle

Thanks for all the help!

All Olds factory Hurst shifters do not have stop bolt provisions, and all use a snap-in shifter stick. None of them had any sort of reverse lockout feature.
