The swaybar shouldn't be hard to find as the 77 chassis is same as 77-90 and I think 91-95 Caprice. Aftermarket supports those.
Same goes for trans crossmember. Or are you looking for a dual-exhaust X-member? I know you can get those aftermarket for the later A and G body, not sure about the B and C cars.
