Anyone gone with a T5 Transmission?

Any one gone with a t5 transmission? This would be an automatic to manual conversion. Also looking at a Borg Warner super T10 four speed. I would take any advice or coaching. Sorry I later found the T5 threads I was looking for.

I'm working with a 72 cutlass conv. 350 400hp, with 342 gear.

It might be useful for you to post information regarding make model year of the car you are intending to put a different transmission into. It would probably aid those who have experienced similar mods.

The T5 will bolt up, but isn't strong enough to hold up behind either a 350 or 455. The super T10 or a muncie M20, M21 or M22 would be a much better choice. If you've got the budget for it there are some good 5 and 6 speed manual transmissions on the market too, but they're not cheap.
