70 4speed setup into 67 Cutlass ?

Hi guys,
I just received from a friend , out of his 1970 442 ....the 4 speed pedal setup ,linkage ,shifter,z-bar,flywheel ,clutch and bellhousing.
Basicly everything except the trans.

I want to convert my 1967 Cutlass to a stick.

The question is :
Is the 1970 setup the same as 67 ?

Clutch, bellhousing same. Shifter will work but not correct for 67. Pedals linkage flywheel not the same. You'll need a 64-67 flywheel from a 330/400/425 car.

Thanks Henry,
I forgot to mention I have a 70 455 in my 67 Cutlass.
So pedals and linkage only then ?
What about the ball that goes on the Block for the z-bar ?
The engine was/is from an automatic

Flywheel will work seeing you have a 455 in place. Ball stud is ok. Pedals not the same maybe you can modify them? Don't forget the crankshaft issue on an automatic engine.

Most Olds 455 cranks are not drilled for the input shaft.

The 64-67 cars use completely different pedals and equalizer from the 68-72 cars. Also, the frame-side bracket for the equalizer is bolted onto the 68-72 cars but welded on the 64-67 cars. A repro bracket is available, but you'll need to weld it into place.
