4 Speed Swap

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if any of you could point me into the right direction on what it would take (documentation, parts, etc) to do a swap on my tranny. I wanna take out the th350 that's in it and put in a 4 speed manual transmission. The TH-350 already isn't the original transmission so i'm not worried about swapping it out.

I understand that this will take a lot of work and will require me to do some modifications, but Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.

--Just some info. My car is a 68 442, and already has a Hurst floor shifter. Motor is the original 400BB and the current transmission is a TH-350.

Thanks guys!

When researching doing a auto -> 4-speed swap, other than the pedals, linkage, and whatnot, I also read that the crank has to have a hole in it for the pilot bearing. Unless the car was a 4-speed to start with, I am not sure how you would have that milled out with the block in the car, but I could be wrong.
