What are you looking to have built by them?

For a 200-4r Lonnie is pretty knowledgeable and I doubt you will find a better guy to deal with(though David Husek, Jimmy's Transmissions and Vince Janis, and now Jake Shoemaker since he started building 2004r again are great too)

What do you plan to do with the trans?

If you're going to stab an LS motor into it, you might as well just go with a 4L60 or equivalent then control it with the engine controller.

I agree with John above, if you're going to LS power, either a 4l60e or 4l80e would be a good route to go with, but you'll have the trans controller to factor into the price as well as an adaptor plate. You'll need that if you're going to run your Olds engine for a while prior to the swap to the LS. The 80 will handle far more power, depending on what you're going to do in the future, along with having better gear ratio spreads.
