Hello all...I'm seeing if there is any interest an a 66 for parts or restoration. Car is located in midwest ohio. Extra parts with car.

Ok so here is the deal... I went over everything with my uncle (the owner) and took some pictures. He has decided that he would prefer to unload everything for $2000 I will start out by describing the car, then go over the extra parts.

The car has some rust as seen in photos, brake lines are rusted, and this winter the block froze and cracked around casting plug between 5&7. The condition of the rockers are unknown as the are covered by chrome panel however the pinch weld appears to be in excellent condition(floorpan to rocker). The worst cancer I saw was in the rear inner fenders and the outer fenders, also body damage to the drivers rear corner appear to need cut out.

extra parts are 5 chrome wheels with centers/rings...4 on car are body color but have rings and caps, Box FULL of Small chrome trim, taillights headlight trim interior pieces and some switches etc. I believe He has an entire cars chrome extra, hard to say because there are so many pieces. left and right front fenders, hood, left and right doors door panels rocker chrome both sides tilt steering column, two air cleaners one has toronado trim piece, lots of EXTRAS I'm sure I'm forgetting something. 1966 ohio license plate, owners manual, reciepts from mild restoration in 1977

that looks like a pretty decent deal! hopefully someone picks it up. and restores this car!!
don't part it out or junk it!

 

Thanks, my uncle has a real affection for this car, he brought both his children home from the hospital in it. However life and times the way they are he needs to sell it to put an engine in his daily driver

 

ttt........600 dollars for the car only....that is scrap value basically

 

You could post it in the cars for sale section as well, I'm sure it will get more attention there!

where in Ohio is the car located?

 

If possible and if you want to sell a part, I'd be interested in the steering wheel center cover that has the Olds logo in it. It needs to be in nice condition though.
