A friend of mine has a nice '78 Toronado XS that is missing (and has been since he got it) a front bumper guard (not the rubber that runs the length of the bumper, but one of two chrome pieces that attaches to the bumper on either side of the front license plate). I've seen these missing on other Toro's of the same generation....I guess they're clamped on kinda weak or something. Anyway, anyone have on, or know of a good source?? He's looked all over, and I've helped too, but keep hitting dead ends.

 

Did your friend find the bumper guard? I've got both a 1977 and a 1978 Toro's for parts and they both have nice bumpers. John
